Built Different.

Madison Kemper is a North Carolina transplant, originally from Ohio. She relocated with her husband and their two young children, in search of a new adventure. They quickly fell in love with the Lake Norman area, and after settling in Davidson, they knew they had found the perfect place to call home. The town’s charm, welcoming community, and natural beauty made it an ideal spot for their family.
Madison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky, providing her with a strong foundation in market analysis and strategic decision-making—skills she applies daily to help clients make confident, informed real estate choices. Whether clients are relocating, buying their first home, or searching for their next chapter, Madison is committed to making the process smooth, rewarding, and personalized.
Outside of real estate, Madison is a passionate sports fan who enjoys spending time with her family. They often escape on weekend trips to enjoy both the fresh mountain air and the relaxing coast, soaking up the best of North Carolina’s natural beauty. She also loves exploring local coffee shops and participating in community races. As an avid runner, Madison embraces an active lifestyle and balances career and family life with enthusiasm, giving her a deep appreciation for what “home” truly means. She is passionate about helping others find that same feeling.
If you’re ready to find your next home in the Lake Norman area or beyond, Madison would love to work with you to make your real estate journey smooth and successful.
